Reginald E. Moore

As a resident of Daytona Beach for the past 79 years, having civic involvement as a former City Judge, as an assistant City Attorney, as an assistant State Attorney, and having served on the Planning Board and Housing Authority, as well as being a member of the Florida Bar since 1971, I am endorsing the candidacy of Steve Miller for the following reasons:

In all of his civic involvement in this community, such as, among other things, as a former City Commissioner and Director of Central Florida Community Development, he has shown that his main concern has been the welfare of people: that government functions to provide services and opportunities equally to all citizens regardless of race, sex or economic status.

And while I have not agreed with all of Steve’s positions, only a very, very few, I am absolutely certain that the positions he has taken were because he absolutely believed, after careful thought, investigation and consultation with all sections of the community, that his position was the right one.

Finally, Steve Miller has never been afraid to admit mistakes and work to correct them.

I endorse STEVE MILLER because he is of the community and for the community!
